Synthetic Absorbable Monofilament Sutures

Poliglecaprone 25 (monocryl) sutures are made of a copolymer of 75% glycolide and 25% caprolactone. They are used in general soft tissue approximation including ophthalmic surgery.

suture is great, very affordable. The only down side is the needles are not very strong and I've had one detach from the suture.
